REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY

Startup 48 will honor refund requests up to 14 days prior to the first day of the event. We do not offer refunds after this deadline due to the need to pre-purchase food, drinks, and supplies. If your ticket is not eligible for a refund, we encourage you to transfer it to another individual.

In the unlikely case that Startup 48 is cancelled, the event will be rescheduled and your ticket will remain valid. Refunds can be requested for the ticket amount. Startup 48 will not be liable for additional expenses such as but not limited to transportation and lodging.

All refund and transfer requests should be sent via email to Startup48@eauclaire-wi.com. Be sure to include your full name, and best way to contact you.
